News : Telenor Sweden, Intelecom Develop Customer Service Product
Oct 2, 2014 -- Telenor Sweden said it has launched a cloud-based customer service product for its corporate clients, developed in conjunction with Intelecom. It said Telenor Contact Center is part of its Telenor One Flexibel 2.0 service, which consists of a number of integrated telephony services that can be combined as the customer requires.
Telenor Contact Center deals with incoming voice calls to companies' switchboards or support numbers, but can also handle contact via e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, SMS and other channels. It has support for online chat services, enabling up to eight simultaneous exchanges.
Intelecom is a Norwegian company with subsidiaries in the UK, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. It employs over 200 people who design, develop and sell contact centre services. Since 2010, Intelecom Group and its subsidiaries have been fully owned by Herkules Capital.
