News : Teleopti Signs Alliance with Brazil's ddCom Systems
Oct 14, 2014 -- Workforce management (WFM) and telecom expense management (TEM) systems provider Teleopti has signed a partnership agreement with Brazilian firm ddCom Systems, a provider and integrator of contact centre solutions.
Under the agreement, ddCom System and Teleopti will offer the latter's Teleopti WFM 8 solution in the local market.
Some of ddCom Systems include Atento, Contax, Itaú, Bradesco, HSBC, PEPSICO, IBM, BM&F and TMKT.
