News : Teleperformance Eyes New Mindanao Call Center
Manila, Philippines, June 23, 2015 -- Teleperformance Philippines Inc. said it plans to establish a new recruitment and operations facility in Mindanao, as it continues to expand its range of services in the country from voice to non-voice and data.
Teleperformance Philippines managing director Travis Coates said the company considered adding another facility in Mindanao, aside from its Davao City facility which had nearly 2,000 employees.
"We continue to invest millions of dollars in the Philippines. This is an area that we continue and will continue to be heavily investing in," Coates said in a news briefing during the inauguration of the company’s 16th facility in the Philippines at SM Aura Tower in Taguig City.

Coates said the company would soon consolidate voice and non-voice services including chat, email, back office training and other services.
The new site in Taguig City will add another 2,000 seats to the company’s already over 41,000 work force.
