Paris, France, April, 2017 -- Teleperformance, the worldwide provider in outsourced omnichannel customer experience management, announced that its team in Athens, Greece has been recognized as a 2017 Best Workplace by the Great Place to Work(R) Institute.

The Best Workplace award recipients are determined by anonymous employee responses to the Great Place to Work(R) Trust Index(R) questionnaire, which focuses on the following perceptions of the workplace: trust within the organization (credibility, respect, fairness), and pride and camaraderie. Additionally, each nominated company’s Human Resources team is asked to complete the Great Place to Work(R) Culture Audit(R), responding to questions regarding recruitment, personal development, intercompany communication, and more regarding human resources practices. The scores from each of these surveys are combined (employee’s evaluation counts for two thirds of the final score) to determine the final ranking of participating companies.
