Best in the World announced at 2015 Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World Awards gala dinner in Las Vegas, USA. Teleperformance Turkey, an outsourced multichannel CRM and contact center service provider, won the Contact Center World Awards gold medal in the "Best Outbound Campaign" category, based on its successful collaboration with Samsung.
As part of Americas, EMEA, APAC and Global Rankings of the Contact Center World Awards, Teleperformance Turkey is recognized by the 10th Annual Top Ranking Performer Award as the Global Leader in "Best Outbound Campaign" category.
