Grand Rapids, MI, June 19, 2015 -- Teleperformance, a provider in outsourced multichannel customer experience management, recently announced that it will be expanding its Grand Rapids, Michigan facility at 2680 Horizon Drive with the recent addition of a new business volume bringing close to 300 new career opportunities to the Grand Rapids area with starting rate of pay of $10.25 an hour with opportunities to earn up to $14 an hour with the new incentives.
