News : Teleperformance U.S.A Expands in Edinburg,Texas
Edinburg, TX, USA, March 23, 2015 -- Teleperformance, the global provider in outsourced multi channel customer experience management, recently announced that it will be expanding its facility in Edinburg, Texas at 1701 Closner Blvd. The facility will bring an additional 200 jobs to the Edinburg area.

Hiring for these positions has started says Jim Phillips, Vice President. Phillips an 18 year employee of the company says, "applicants come in, are tested and interviewed and can walk out the same day with a great new career that will allow them the opportunity to learn and develop their skills to move up within the organization." Phillips started as phone agent in Columbus, Ohio who now resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Teleperformance currently employs more than 30,000 people nationwide. Contact center positions available at the Teleperformance facility include, but are not limited to, Customer Service Representatives, Trainers, Quality Assurance Personnel, and various leadership and client management positions.
