News : Teleperformance USA Announces 500 Jobs With New Contact Center
Reno, NV, USA, Aug 27, 2015 -- The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN) has announced that Teleperformance USA, a company that outsources multi-channel customer experience management, is opening a new contact center in Reno and hiring up to 500 employees.
The new Reno center will provide a range of support for a major financial services company. Teleperformance will be hiring for a variety of contact center positions that include Customer Service Representatives, Trainers, Quality Assurance Personnel, Client Management, and additional leadership positions.
"It is exciting to see a global company like Teleperformance which has over 27,000 employees in the U.S., choose Reno for their expansion," said Mike Kazmierski, President and CEO of EDAWN. "They are an excellent fit for our community and their commitment to the region reinforces our developing brand as a great place for business."
The center will be 2863 Northtowne Lane in Reno. The first new employees could start work as early as September 2015.
