DALLAS, Oct 15, 2013 -- PeopleAnswers announces a software licensing agreement with Teleperformance USA, a call center business process outsourcing services provider, to use talent science via the PeopleAnswers HR-focused business solution to improve employee retention and customer service.

Teleperformance USA will use the cloud-based PeopleAnswers software on its desktop and mobile platforms to evaluate, select and hire contact center employee candidates in two U.S. and one Philippines site before adopting the solution across all Teleperformance USA sites.
These contact center professionals use their skills and abilities to provide customer service via phone, email and chat to consumers in many industries. Before they join the team, PeopleAnswers will use unique Predictive Talent Analytics™ to compare the Behavioral DNA(R) of each candidate to a custom performance profile built for each position to determine hiring recommendations. Recruiters will use PeopleAnswers to prioritize candidates before contacting the top recommendations for interviews.
