News : TeleTech Gears Up to Open Customer Experience Center
June 17, 2014 -- TeleTech Holdings said that a new customer experience center in Sherwood, Arkansas, which will create more than 250 jobs in the surrounding area.
TeleTech said in a release that the center will officially open its doors in July, and is now hiring for a variety of jobs.
TeleTech added that its new center, located in the Wildwood Centre & Medical Tower, will represent a public health insurance client, and therefore is seeking prospective job applicants with life and healthcare licenses.
"In our commitment to supporting employment growth in local communities throughout the US, we are delighted to work with the state of Arkansas to bring more jobs to its citizens," said Kenneth Tuchman, chairman and chief executive officer of TeleTech. "The Little Rock area holds great talent and expertise that will help us expand and improve upon the services to our clients."
"TeleTech's decision to locate in Sherwood brings with it a significant number of new jobs that will have a positive impact on our local economy for many years," said Barry Sellers, economic development director at the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce. "We appreciate the company's decision to establish its first Arkansas location in Sherwood and look forward to adding another great partner to our business community."
TeleTech is accepting applications for a range of roles and experience.
