News : TeleTech Hosts Grand Opening of Rockledge, Florida Customer Experience Center
Denver, CO, USA, September, 2015 -- TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, hosted a Grand Opening of its new customer experience center in Rockledge, Florida. The ribbon-cutting event marks the second customer experience center to be opened in Brevard County and continues to affirm TeleTech's commitment to providing employment opportunities throughout Florida and the U.S.
The new center supports nationally-recognized health insurance clients and will create up to 500 jobs within the Rockledge community. TeleTech is actively hiring team leaders, trainers, quality assurance agents and licensed insurance agents. There are also opportunities for prospective employees to take part in TeleTech's Healthcare Insurance development program to become licensed agents.
