News : Telia Provides Call Centre Platform to Copenhagen Council
August 21, 2014 -- Telia Denmark has won a contract to provide its cloud-based Telia Callguide customer service product for Copenhagen city council. It will be provided in conjunction with Telia Sweden.
Initially, 500 employees at the council's customer services will use CallGuide, but this can be expanded in line with requirements. The platform will come on stream in autumn.
It was developed by Telia's enterprise unit in Sweden. Previously, Copenhagen city council has used a variety of different call centre products, but this agreement unifies the service, saving taxpayers' mony.
