Springfield, NJ, USA, Nov 30, 2020 -- Telinta, a global provider in cloud-based white label VoIP switching and billing solutions, announced that it has integrated an API for Google Cloud Voicemail Transcription into its hosted softswitch and billing platform.
Using the Google Cloud API and Telinta’s Voicemail Transcription plug-in, Telinta customers can offer Voicemail Transcription in over 125 languages.
When a Telinta customer’s end user receives a voicemail, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text uses automated speech recognition to transcribe the voicemail. The transcribed text will then be sent to the end user by email.
