Renton, WA, US, Jan 23, 2015 -- The Resource Group has launched an Unlimited Customer Care Plan for the company’s Microsoft Dynamics(R) GP The Resource Group helps clients improve business processes, overcome challenges during growth and connect disparate business systems by implementing Microsoft Dynamics GP and Intacct Cloud accounting software.
The recently launched plans are designed to provide The Resource Group’s Microsoft Dynamics GP customers with the flexibility of unlimited access to its support team. The Unlimited Customer Care Plans cover common support issues such as troubleshooting and correcting issues within Microsoft Dynamics GP as well as corrections to deliverables – such as reports, screens or inquiries – provided by The Resource Group during software implementation.
