News : Thoroughbred Hires for New Phoenix Call Center
Phoenix, AZ, Aug 27 2015 -- Louisville, Kentucky-based Thoroughbred Research Group (TRG) is opening a new 65-seat call center in Phoenix, Arizona next month, and has hired Tim Wirtz as Director of Field Operations, to lead it.
Originally known as Wilkerson & Associates, TRG provides qual and quant data collection, online research, analysis and consultation. The new call center adds to existing locations in Mayfield, KY; Cape Coral, FL; and Ft. Myers, FL.
Wirtz joins with more than sixteen years' experience of managing large teams and data collection call centers, and overseeing client projects. For the past six, he worked at Convergys Analytic Services as Senior Market Research Manager, leading a team of 350 staff. Prior to this, he served as Market Research Manager at infoUSA, and was Director of Fielding at Market Strategies International, where he worked for a decade.
In his new role, Wirtz will aim to grow the new facility to 95 seats, and will oversee all strategic planning, project management, budgeting/forecasting and P&L.
