News : Time Warner Cable Looks to Add 60 Jobs
Jan 29, 2014 -- Time Warner Cable is looking to add 60 new positions at its call center in Garfield Heights.
The New York-based company plans to identify candidates for the positions during two job fairs.
The company needs to add customer service representatives at the location as it rolls out new products and services, according to a statement in a news release attributed to John Higgins, regional vice president at Time Warner Cable.
The employees will take calls related to "billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center," the release stated.
The company encourages applicants to bring updated resumes and to dress in business attire.
