News : Time Warner Cable to Add More Than 60 Jobs
Appleton, July 14, 2014 -- Time Warner Cable is looking to increase its customer service workforce by more than 60 at its Appleton operations in the coming months.
"Time Warner Cable’s decision to expand new job opportunities in the area is a win-win-win for our community," stated State Rep. Al Ott "This announcement means new products and services for our residents, providing a boost to our local economy and most importantly, jobs for individuals looking for a career."
"We are looking to fill a number of full-time customer service positions in our Appleton office, which provides many employment opportunities for this region of the state," said Kathy Chamberlain, vice president of customer care at Time Warner Cable. "With the rollout of new products and services this year, the increased workforce is needed to assist customers."
An open house will take place at 3520 E. Destination Drive in Appleton.
During the event, candidates will have the opportunity to meet hiring leaders and assess the company culture, while learning about hours, pay and training.
Customer service representative will assist residential customers with all aspects of cable services including billing, repair, technical support, troubleshooting, sales and other inquires in a high-volume, fast-paced call center. Exceptional customer service is required. Qualified applicants need a minimum of six months in customer service; proven sales, effective computer and good communication skills.
