Istanbul, Turkey, Dec 2, 2016 -- Turkcell’s (NYSE:TKC) (BIST:TCELL) subsidiary Global Bilgi has ranked first in the world in the "Best In Customer Service" category of the largest event in the call center industry around the world, the ContactCenterWorld.com, the "2016 Top Ranking Performers" awards. With this top world ranking, Turkcell Global Bilgi has achieved 9 important best in world rankings in different categories of the same event within the past eight years.
Customer experience solutions centre Turkcell Global Bilgi has ranked best in world in the "Best In Customer Service" category of the largest event in the call center industry around the world, the ContactCenterWorld.com, the "2016 Top Ranking Performers" awards. At the awards ceremony held on Friday, 11 November 2016 in the US city of Las Vegas, the best of Asia Pacific, EMEA and America battled it out to be the best in the world.

The first place achieved by Turkcell Global Bilgi in the "Best In Customer Service" category was achieved with the Youth Segment Customer Services which understands the needs of customers aged under 26 and provides service according to their expectations. This experience center, consisting of customer representatives from a similar age group and equipped with all digital capabilities, called "World Of Dudes" by Turkcell Global Bilgi, has been converted into a world of fun for customers and employees, and provides service using new generation channels such as SMS, Chat, and Social Media instead of traditional channels.
