With the UCx-Microsoft Teams integration, businesses can access UCx’s enterprise voice services natively from the Microsoft Teams app. TPx also offers Microsoft Teams phones from Poly that reduce noise and enhance sound.
"Our managed IT experts support and service Microsoft Office 365 with Teams every day for customers across the U.S. and are on point to ensure integration is seamless and deployment is successful," said Minner. "This gives businesses a single point of contact for their vital communications and collaboration applications. If any issues pop up, they’re not bouncing between their phone provider and Microsoft support."
"We’re helping SMBs and enterprises enable their employees to be productive and work from anywhere using enhanced collaboration tools – whether those are Microsoft Teams or Cisco Webex – along with high-quality telephony from TPx," said Minner.
