News : Tradelink Call Centre Wins HKCCA Gold Award
Nov 1, 2013 -- Tradelink was honored to receive the Gold Award of the Mystery Caller Assessment Award in the 2013 Hong Kong Call Centre Association Awards (HKCCA Awards) for two consecutive years. We are particularly happy to receive this honor at our Silver Jubilee Year. This achievement was the concerted effort of the professional customer services teams with Management support. In recognition of our continued dedication to service excellence, the award also serves as a motivation to us in pursuing new heights.
The HKCCA awards aim to acknowledge the best of the best within the call center industry in Hong Kong and Southern China. The awards are presented to participants who consistently achieved high quality standards based on assessment against a set of stringent criteria covering a comprehensive range of call centre service aspects over a 6-month period by mystery callers. Tradelink is extremely proud that it could meet the high quality standards qualified for the Gold Award.

Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) was formed by a group of call centre users in September 1999. The association has a mission to help local organisations improve their customer service by deploying the best management practices and latest technologies.
