Tokyo, Japan, Sept 23, 2014 -- transcosmos inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; TSE First Section: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) has added new services to its "Emergency Call Center Service," which provides customer care in case of emergency situations such as recalls and customer data leakage.
Services have been added as optional services this time, such as collection and delivery of the products utilizing logistic services of transcosmos's E-Commerce One-Stop Center located in Kita Kashiwa, Chiba, Japan and Internet defamation monitoring utilizing the social media center located in Shibuya.
By offering these services in combination, transcosmos will support its corporate clients' risk management measures comprehensively in "one-stop" service, in a timely manner.
