Tokyo, Japan, Nov 29, 2016 -- transcosmos inc. announced that the company has become the sales and operational partner of "LINE Customer Connect", the LINE-based customer support service for businesses which has been released by LINE Corporation (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Takeshi Idezawa; hereafter, LINE), on November 16.

Capitalizing on "LINE Customer Connect", transcosmos will deliver the optimized and streamlined customer support services with chat/call hybrid approach from its call center.
Along with becoming the sales and operational partner of "LINE Customer Connect", transcosmos will open "Yokohama Digital Communication Center", a dedicated counseling-based sales center in Yokohama.
