News : transcosmos Begins Providing Multi-Language Contact Center Services
Tokyo, Japan, Feb 15, 2016 -- In April 2016 transcosmos inc. will begin providing "multi-language contact center services" for foreigners in Japan to Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President: Nobuhide Hayashi; hereafter, Mizuho Bank).
The Mizuho Bank call center, "Mizuho Information Dial," connects three parties, namely a customer who can only speak a foreign language, a Mizuho Bank call center operator, and a transcosmos multi-language contact center operator who completes the response while providing interpretation services on a call. The supported languages consist of English, Chinese and Korean.

With developments such as an increase of foreign travelers to Japan due to inbound demand heading toward 2020, and an increase of foreign workers in the country, multi-language services and support are being enhanced at transcosmos. Multi-language contact center services will be provided utilizing the resources of global personnel and facilities by leveraging strengths from the operation of 31 overseas bases, along with the development and quality management cultivated through many years of contact center business operations.
