News : transcosmos Combines SMS Function Reinforced
Tokyo, Japan, Jan 29, 2015 -- transcosmos inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President and COO: Masataka Okuda; TSE First Section: 9715; hereafter, transcosmos) will begin offering "Contact-Link on Salesforce," a solution which has combined "Contact-Link," a contact center solution developed by transcosmos and "Salesforce," a CRM/customer management application. The goal is to implement to 10 new companies during the FY 2015.
Contact-Link on Salesforce realizes an effective outbound SMS communication in addition to the call service, and even manages outbound progress over multiple websites at once.
transcosmos signed a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) partnership agreement with salesforce.com Co., Ltd. and is offering various BPO services including implementation/development and consulting for the company's cloud service (Salesforce). In the future, the two companies will continue to provide services to support their corporate clients' sales expansion and cost reduction by uniting cloud services and BPO services.
