News : transcosmos Establishes a New Service Center
Tokyo, Japan, Jan 15, 2015 -- transcosmos inc. has made a decision to open a new service center "BPO Center Nagasaki," which is to be launched in May 2015. In 2018, it is scheduled to increase the number of employees to 400.
The demand for BPO services is on the increase due to corporate needs such as strengthening cost-competitiveness and increasing business efficiency. In recent years, transcosmos has been offering services for both off-shore sites in China and ASEAN regions for cost-reduction purposes and near-shore sites in Japan, and also from the standpoint of BCP (Business Continuity Plan), business operations have been divided up among multiple centers.
transcosmos will establish a new center in the City of Nagasaki, one of the main cities in Kyushu, where many corporations have settled as their business base, and will continue providing BPO services with the new center as one of the main hubs.
