News : TransPerfect to Hire 150 Call Center Professionals
Tempe, Ariz., July 8, 2014 -- TransPerfect, a privately held provider of language services and related technology solutions, announces that its Tempe-based call center solutions division will be hiring 150 new call center customer service professionals over the next month.
"It’s exciting to be a part of our continued growth in the area—this is a true win-win situation in that we’re able to serve the increasing needs of our clients while also creating more local jobs."
Rapid increases in overall call volumes as well as a growing client base are the primary drivers for the increase in headcount. All new agents will be responsible for taking inbound calls and providing phone-based customer support for TransPerfect’s growing roster of clients. These new positions are in addition to the 400 jobs that TransPerfect announced it was adding starting this past April.
Qualified and interested applicants should submit their resume, and expect interviews to be scheduled over the coming weeks.
