News : TreeHouse Interactive Names Bert Young as Chief Financial Officer
Salt Lake City April 7, 2015 -- TreeHouse Interactive™, a provider in on-demand partner relationship management (PRM) solutions, announces that Bert Young has joined the executive team as chief financial officer. The software company is strengthening its leadership team at a time when it is poised for continued significant growth. Last month, co-investors Kennet Partners and Joe Wang joined forces to acquire the majority ownership of the SaaS-based partner relationship management (PRM) platform provider.
"Bert brings a successful track record and depth of financial experience that will be invaluable to our company going forward," said Joe Wang, chairman and chief executive officer of TreeHouse Interactive. "We’re moving quickly into TreeHouse’s next phase of growth, as evidenced by the last month’s acquisition. With this investment, we’re expanding both our company and our leadership in the PRM marketplace, and Bert will play a large role in facilitating this advancement as our new CFO."
Young brings more than 25 years of high-tech financial and operations experience in both private and public companies to his new role as CFO at TreeHouse, most recently as a Partner at Atlas Technology Group, a boutique investment banking firm based in San Francisco. Young has also held the CFO position for several technology companies, including PatientMatters, Benefitfocus The SCO Group, LANDesk Software, and as executive vice president and CFO at Whittman-Hart.
