News : Triad Transit Service Opens Regional Call Center
Greensboro, NC, USA, Aug 5, 2015 -- The Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation opened a call cente to help bus riders and other transit users plan their travels.
The new Piedmont Transit Resources center takes calls weekdays from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. PART debuted the new service in partnership with the city of High Point and the Hi-tran bus system.

By calling, travelers can learn about bus route schedules and fares throughout the region, current bus locations, trip planning, carpooling and other transit questions.
