News : Trillium Software and InsideView Introduce CRM Data Stewardship Solution
San Francisco, CA and Boston, MA, Nov 3, 2014 -- Trillium Software, A Harte Hanks Company (NYSE: HHS) and global provider of data solutions, and InsideView, a provider in market intelligence, announce a new technology alliance resulting in a global data cleansing and enrichment solution aimed at eliminating the primary causes of unreliable CRM data -- duplicate records, incomplete lead data, and inaccurate and stale information.
Our combined solution will Microsoft Dynamics CRM users drive greater productivity from their Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems. The two companies also offer an array of data hygiene solutions to maintain data currency, after it has entered CRM. Industry experts estimate that the average database, left untouched, deteriorates at 25% to 35% each year. Together, Trillium and InsideView offer CRM users the total package for best-in-class data stewardship. They will be extending their offerings to other CRM solutions in the near future.
