Cincinnati, OH, March 25, 2014 -- Triplefin, a member of the H. D. Smith family of companies, will open a new reimbursement services call center in Fairfield, Ohio. The Fairfield location serves as an extension of its main office in Blue Ash.
Triplefin's new call center will employ a team of customer service representatives who are equipped to assist patients and providers with questions regarding access to medication, and coupon and co-pay card activation.
