News : TruJet to Get Reservation System Technology from Bird Group
New Delhi, India, July 20, 2015 --Technology provider Bird Information Systems will provide airline inventory and reservation system to regional carrier TruJet.
In this regard, Bird Information Systems Pvt Ltd (BIS) has entered into a strategic partnership with Turbo Megha Airways, which operates TruJet.
BIS would provide the booking technology for the airline inventory hosting, reservation at all city and airport offices, call centres and Internet booking engines.
"Through the use of AIRS (Airline Inventory and Reservations System), TruJet will have access to a user friendly GUI (graphical user interface) which will enable their partners to make online reservations quickly and easily," both companies said in a statement today.
Bird Group's Executive Director Ankur Bhatia said strategic alliance would provide an opportunity to empower an airline with the latest technology to improve their operational efficiency.
