News : Turnover Up at Call Centre Operator
Bristol, UK, June 18, 2015 -- Bristol-based Teleperformance, which provides outsourced call centre services, has boosted turnover following growth in its client base and the acquisition of a new centre in Scotland.
The company is the UK arm of Teleperformance SA which has call centres across locations worldwide.
The UK operation, headquartered at Spectrum House in Bristol, has centres in Bangor, Newry, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Birmingham, Gateshead, Leeds, Airdrie, Glasgow, Erskine and Kilmarnock.
During the year, the business bought City Park Technologies Ltd, and its trading subsidiary City Park Technology Centre, based in Scotland.
It said the acquisition would further increase it UK footprint and it would "seek to grow the business with new and existing clients".
