Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, April 26, 2015 -- U Mobile Sdn Bhd has recently picked up 4 recognitions, for excellence in Overall Experience, Contact Center Experience, Mobile Experience and Net Promoter Score in the Malaysian Telecommunications Industry from Frost & Sullivan.
The recognitions were presented to U Mobile at the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards banquet at Mandarin Oriental on April 14.

U Mobile was selected to receive the recognitions based on the Malaysia Telecommunications Services Customer Experience study conducted by Frost & Sullivan. Over a period of two months from Oct - Nov 2014, Frost & Sullivan surveyed 1,300 respondents randomly selected from consumer online panels.
