News : U.S. Bank Hiring 100 at Newly Renovated Gresham Office
Gresham, OR, USA, Oct, 2017 -- U.S. Bank announced it is in the process of hiring for around 100 positions at its newly renovated office site in Gresham.
The hiring campaign follows the expansion and renovations to the bank's Columbia Center office. The new employees will add to U.S. Bank's Portland-area staff of 4,200.

Most of the available positions are "contact center personal bankers" — in other words, call center customer service representatives — that will start at $15 per hour. The bank is also hiring for several management positions.
"These jobs are part of our ongoing efforts to provide an improved customer experience for our retail customers calling 800-USBANKS," Heather Friend, senior vice president for the Portland contact center director, said in a release. "Expanding here made sense, as the Portland area is a strong growth market for us and has a committed, educated and highly qualified workforce."
