News : UberCloud Selects Bright Pattern Solution
San Bruno, CA, Nov 6, 2013 -- Through HPC Experiment, UberCloud aims to ultimately enable the wide scale delivery of High Performance Computing as a Service through an ongoing series of experimentation rounds that explore and discover pertinent issues in the realms of security, privacy, delivery models and more.
UberCloud selected ServicePattern, Bright Pattern’s cloud contact center platform, as the backbone of its global support function for this community.
UberCloud will use ServicePattern’s live web chat capabilities to route inquiries to the appropriate computing expert from professionals across organizations participating in HPC Experiment. Additionally, the company will leverage ServicePattern’s knowledgebase and forum capabilities to support many-to-many interaction and best-practices sharing among community members.
