Wilkes-Barre, PA, USA, April 23, 2019 -- Ubiquity Global Services, a multinational business process outsourcer in the United States, is opening a new contact center in Hanover Township, one of several communities undergoing an economic resurgence in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The 30,000-square-foot center brings Ubiquity's total servicing locations to eight worldwide and offers the capacity to create 400+ jobs in the region over the next several years.
