News : Intelecom Accepted Into UK Government G-Cloud Programme
The G-Cloud Programme is designed to deliver fundamental changes in the way the public sector procures and operates ICT. The fact that Contact Centre Solutions provider, Intelecom has been accepted onto the programme underlines their status as a trusted supplier of solutions that enable contact centres to effectively manage multichannel customer interactions across voice, email, chat, SMS, social media including Twitter and Facebook. Government Departments will now have easier access to Intelecom’s Connect Contact Centre-as-a-Service application via ‘CloudStore’, the online catalogue that lists all products and services and vastly accelerates the procurement process for computing resources in the public sector.
Using CloudStore to search for and select technology solutions vastly accelerates the procurement process. In addition, purchasers know exactly what they are buying and whether suppliers can match their requirements further simplifying and shortening the procurement process. For example, all suppliers are mandated to comply with standard terms and conditions and clearly define their product specifications using transparent pricing models.
