News : Unicef Picks Gigaset Pro for Telephony System
The Hague, Netherlands, July 7, 2016 -- Unicef has installed a Gigaset Pro telephony system at its new office in The Hague.
The UN children's organisation recently moved from Voorburg to a three-storey office in The Hague with flexible work stations.
IconneCT4u installed the new phone system. The VoIP platform uses 12 base stations and a hundred Gigaset Pro Dect handsets and integrates with the existing PBX from 3 CX.
The system allows Unicef to evaluate the quality of calls from donors, which are handled by an external call centre, for use in training. IconneCT4u manages most of the system remotely.
