News : Unify and T-Metrics Complete Joint Interoperability Testing
Boca Raton, FL and Charlotte, NC , USA, Nov 7, 2017 -- Unify, the Atos brand for communications software and services, and T-Metrics, a telecommunications software developer, announced they have successfully completed joint interoperability testing by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC). The interoperability testing showed the compatibility between Unify’s OpenScape Voice and T-Metrics’ TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform as well as the TM-2000 Consolidated Answering System.
By successfully completing interoperability testing, Unify and T-Metrics provide reassurance to government customers choosing these products that they will work together reliably, effectively and securely.
