News : Uniphore Introduces New Version of Speech Analytics Software
Chennai, India, Aug 6, 2015 -- Chennai-based speech recognition software solutions company Uniphore Software Services introduced a new version of its speech analytics software 'auMina 2.0'.
According to the company, the speech analytics software will allow contact centres to drive critical business goals by analysing existing speech data to identify trends, predict possible outcomes and suggest improvements in business models.
