News : UNSi Appoints John Lanza as Vice President of Customer Care
Dallas, TX, Sept 9, 2014 -- United Network Services, Inc. (UNSi), a voice and data carrier providing enterprise-class Internet and private networking solutions, announces that it has named John Lanza as its Vice President of Customer Care.
The expansion of UNSi's executive team reflects the company's growth and customer care commitment, driven by increased demand for integrated voice-over-IP (VoIP), data, and business continuity solutions that deliver efficiency, cost-savings, and connectivity for the enterprise.
Lanza brings more than 30 years of telecommunications experience to the company, having previously served in leadership roles at Transcom Enhanced Services, XO Communications, WorldCom, and MCI. John served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force Electronic Warfare Center. As Vice President of Customer Care at UNSi, Lanza's primary responsibilities include supporting UNSi's customers and leading its customer support and network operations center (NOC) teams that are located in Carrolton, Texas and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. Lanza said. "I'm very much looking forward to my new role at UNSi."
