Fareham, UK: 26 March, 2015 -- CoralTree, a provider of convergent business support systems (BSS), announces the successful implementation of CRM and inventory management solutions for UPC DTH S.à r.l. Supporting its operations across Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, CoralTree’s solutions will enable UPC DTH to enhance sales and logistics processes, and ultimately customer experience.
All part of CoralTree’s convergent BSS portfolio, the solution is implemented across UPC DTH warehouses, contact centres, and dealer outlets, driving operational efficiencies and supporting a consistent customer experience across the business.
