News : Ushur Achieves ISO 27001 Certification for Its AI-Powered Customer Experience Automation Platform

Santa Clara, CA, USA, Nov, 2023 - Ushur, a provider in AI-powered Customer Experience Automation™ (CXA), announced its successful attainment of International Standards Organization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 27001:2022 (a.k.a ISO 27001) certification. Following an exhaustive audit process, an independent third-party agency and certification body awarded the accreditation.

The certification is a testament to Ushur’s dedication to the highest standards of information security management—especially important to its customers in highly regulated industries such as financial services, insurance and healthcare. ISO 27001 is the international gold standard for information security management. Achieving this milestone assures prospects and customers across global markets of the strength of Ushur’s security posture.
