News : Vaco Chooses Bullhorn’s ATS/CRM and Back Office Products
Boston, Apr 24, 2014 -- Bullhorn, a global provider in recruiting software , announces that Vaco – a conglomerate of accounting, financial, IT, and administrative consulting and recruiting firms – has chosen the Bullhorn ATS/CRM to streamline its recruiting processes and improve productivity across all 29 of its offices. Vaco will use the Bullhorn applicant tracking system (ATS), customer relationship management system (CRM), and Bullhorn Back Office time and expense management solution to power its end-to-end recruiting processes for more than 300 users.

Vaco hopes that standardizing on Bullhorn will help improve adoption of recruiting software within its network of 29 offices located across the United States. Unifying their operating branches under Bullhorn’s combined ATS/CRM will lead to an increase in efficiencies and visibility into the business on both a macro and micro level.
Vaco’s recruiters will use Bullhorn’s S Release. With an emphasis on recruiters’ speed and productivity, Vaco anticipates that Bullhorn will help increase automation, reduce administrative time and interruptions as well as improve the bottom line for its producers.
