Baltimore, June 26, 2014 -- Velaro, a live chat software-as-a service (SaaS) provider for contact center and sales and marketing customers, announces its ability to integrate with ConnectWise – enhancing the productivity of customer support agents.
This new integration with ConnectWise allows customer support agents to search through ConnectWise for relevant information about a website visitor as they are engaged in a live chat – without leaving their Velaro live chat desktop. In addition, support agents will be able to amend information they capture during a live chat to a ConnectWise record directly from the live chat desktop.
