News : Velcom Launches Call Booking Service
Minsk, Belarus, June 18, 2015 -- Belarusian mobile operator Velcom has introduced a new Call Booking service.
Calls from the operator's call centre can be initiated by submitting an application on the special section of the operator's corporate online portal. The service will be accessible during daily hours.
The operator's call centre processes an average of 14,000 calls per day.
