News : Verint Workforce Optimization Suite Achieves Compatibility Certification with the Cisco
Melville, NY, USA, Apr 17, 2017 -- Verint Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) announced that its Workforce Optimization suite successfully achieved Cisco compatibility certification with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Version 11.* As a member of the Cisco(R) Solution Partner Program, Verint can create and deploy solutions to enhance the capabilities, performance and management of the network.
Verint Workforce Optimization works with Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager to combine software and services and help organizations improve daily operating functions, from interacting with customers in the contact center, to enhancing the underlying back-office business processes that help shape the customer experience. Customers can gain high-level visibility into performance, customer and other business intelligence enterprise-wide through a closed-loop solution set and capabilities that include session management, voice, video, messaging, mobility and web conferencing.
