Although Edify is new to market, its founders have deep histories in the customer experience space. Weeks and Fields founded their first VoIP company in 2007 while studying at Purdue University. Their start-up grew to be a global customer service platform.
"We have spent our lives building the tools that allow companies to better engage with one another internally and with their customers," said Weeks. "While we have brought many ideas to market over the last several years, we have just scratched the surface of the platform that we’ve always envisioned," shared Fields.
