News : Vip Operator Introduces New Customers Support System
March 25, 2014 — Macedonia's Vip Operator has introduced a new CRM (Customer Relation Management) system, with the goal of better understanding customers and focusing on their individual needs. As a result, customers will receive better care, individual approach and treatment, it said.
With the CRM, front line employees get an insight into what products and services the customer uses in one place, as well as all the correspondence that the customer had with the company.
Additionally, the new CRM system allows Vip Operator to respond more promptly to the demands of a dynamic mobile communications market and efficiently to modify or introduce new tariffs and promotions.
