News : Vipnet Introduces Cloud CRM Service
Zagreb, Croatia, June 24, 2016 -- Croatian operator Vipnet has expanded its offer for business customers with a new system for monitoring and analyzing relations with clients, and for managing sales opportunities under the name CRM contact centre.
The service is based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and enables an automatized customer support and managing relations with clients.
